Privacy notice.
This notice covers the cartho.trade website, including while it is also served at cartho.xyz. The CARTHO platform environment is a separate surface with its own privacy policy. Controller: Cartho Holding Ltd (BVI Company No. 2089441). Data protection contact: privacy@cartho.trade.
1. What we collect
The site has no accounts and no tracking pixels. We collect only what you submit through its forms:
- Contact form — topic, legal entity, contact name, work email, jurisdiction, optional notes.
- Eligibility screening — jurisdiction of residence, name, email, and your eligibility and risk declarations. If your jurisdiction is one where we cannot offer participation, the form stops before any contact details are collected, and nothing is transmitted.
- Partner application (/partners) — entity, contact, email, track, jurisdiction, capital band, optional link and notes.
2. Where it goes
Submissions are delivered to our deal desk’s private workspace channel via the Telegram Bot API, which acts as a transmission processor. They are not written to a database on this website. Infrastructure providers that host the site process traffic data (IP addresses in server logs) to operate it.
3. Why (lawful basis)
- Legitimate interest — responding to B2B enquiries, partner applications and mandate discussions you initiate.
- Compliance screening — jurisdiction and eligibility gating before any participation discussion.
4. Retention
18 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required for a live commercial relationship or by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. The browser’s local storage holds interface preferences only (language on /partners, background settings); these never leave your device.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of the data you submitted, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@cartho.trade — we respond within 30 days.

The version stamp above changes when this notice does.
